Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. You will receive an email once your order has shipped.
Unfortunately USPS can lose a package from time to time. This is a very rare occurrence, but it is possible. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please email us. We will file a lost package claim on your behalf. If you are a domestic US customer and have not received your package after 14 business days (from shipping date) of static tracking updates, email us then. After a claim is filed, it takes 2-6 weeks to hear back from USPS. In some cases they will reimburse Gypsy Moth Quilt Shop. If that is the case we will reimburse you for the subtotal of your order. If the claim is rejected, we will use our best discretion and judgment to come to a fair agreement for both parties. Please understand that these occurrences are rare and are frustrating for us too. We wish we could hand-deliver all of our packages to our wonderful customers!
Gypsy Moth Quilt Shop will offer preorders for fabrics that are highly anticipated and we know you are going to love! Placing a pre-order means you are reserving fabric by paying for a listing up-front, before Gypsy Moth Quilt Shop receives this fabric in hand. Since Gypsy Moth Quilt Shop does not have the fabric in hand at the time of the pre-order, please understand that we will ship all pre-order fabrics immediately upon receiving said fabrics. The estimated date of arrival is noted in each pre-order listing. Sometimes a manufacturer can experience delays or miss-shipments, and these situations are outside of our control. If there is an issue with your preorder (i.e. delays, missing piece, etc.), we will contact you immediately to make you aware of the situation, and proceed to find a reasonable solution. Please know that all Pre-order sales are final. Pre-order sales cannot be cancelled, altered, traded or combined with other orders. We appreciate your understanding. Please do not order “in stock” items with your pre-order, please place multiple orders if other items are needed more immediately.
Online fabric shopping can be hard! If a mistake has been made or fabric flaws are found in your order, please email us so we can make it right. All other fabric sales through Gypsy Moth Quilt Shop are final. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges for patterns, books, notions or any other product in our store. If your item arrives damaged, this is the only exception. We do our best to package all items with care. When buying fabric please be aware that not all monitors or mobile devices interpret color in the same way, therefore we cannot guarantee the color of your fabric will be exactly the same as you see online. The only sure-fire way to guarantee a color is to order a swatch, which you can do by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

If a mistake has been made in your order, we do sincerely apologize! Please email us and let us know what the issue is within 7 days of the order being placed. We will do everything in our power to correct the mistake.
Gypsy Moth Quilt Shop cannot refund/cancel orders that have already been placed. We hope you understand.
