Skill Building Classes

 

Thursday, December 1 | 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. | Paper Piecing | $25*

In this class we will learn what paper piecing is and work on a fun beginner paper piecing project together! Pattern is $11 additional, sample block will be provided if you just want to learn the skill and not do the pattern.

Pattern Fabric Requirements:

This quilt is meant to be scrappy.  I’ve included fabric yardage assuming each block has a different background fabric. If you want to make the quilt all from the same print of fabric, use the total yardage measurements. 

Background Blue Fabrics For Santa Hat Blocks:

Total of 5 1/2 yards.

Each Santa Hat Block requires 1/4” yard or 1 fat quarter of fabric. There are 28 Santa Hat Blocks.

Red Fabrics for Santa Hat Blocks:

Total of 1 1/2 yards of fabric.

You can get 5 Santa Hats from 1/4 yard of fabric.

You can get 6 Santa Hats from 1 fat quarter of fabric.

White Fabric for Santa Hat Blocks:

1 Yard

In this class we will learn the skills needed in EPP or English Paper Piecing. During this class we will talk about the different tools needed and start work on a fun project together!

 Holiday Bingo | Saturday, December 17 | 2:30 p.m.

Join us at the shop for our FINAL Bingo of the year! This time its holiday style! Some rounds will have two winners, and some rounds the prizes will be even more fabulous than normal! The cost is $10 in advanced, so you MUST sign up, and a FQ for the final round. You can also choose to bring a wrapped gift no more than $10 in value for our Secret Santa game! Food and drinks will be provided and additional side games!
